The Big N’ Tasty was a hamburger sold by the international fast food chain McDonald’s. It was designed to compete with the Burger King Whopper sandwich. The Big N’ Tasty was introduced in 1997.
The Big N’ Tasty consisted of a quarter-pound beef patty on a sesame seed bun with lettuce, one tomato slice, ketchup, mayonnaise, chopped onions, two pickle slices, and grill seasoning. It was not unusual for someone to add mustard to the Big N’ Tasty.
